November Martin's, Ibanez J-Custom and Trade In Galore!

Hey everyone,
November is upon us beginning the fateful countdown to XMAS.

In case you have fallen out of the loop, our ONLINE TRADE IN HUB has been launched. Players from all over AUS are sending us some of the coolest gear around and are saving themselves heaps on their next Guitar.

Everyone has been commenting on how quick, easy and stress free the whole experience is, which is exactly what we at Port Mac Guitars have been aiming for.

Our GEniuS™ Technicians are having a great time working on your new and old Guitars. We are investing a lot into new and improved tooling and as such, the setups the guys are achieving are better than ever. Customers Australia Wide are searching us out to get the GEniuS™ Experience as they are not only wanting piece of mind, but abhor the concept of a guitar arriving to them not professionally setup. And we agree!

So lets check out some cool stuff below! Click the Pictures for more info as well!

Martin D18 Ambertone

The Martin D18 is part of the classic Martin collection and is a bona fide piece of Acoustic Guitar history.

Originally designed for maximum Tone and Projection, the D18 construction has remained the same since its vintage origins.

This example is of the Ambertone variant; with its deep, lush Tobacco-like Burst over its Solid Mahogany back and sides and Solid Sitka Spruce top.

With a traditional style 14th Fret Neck Join, Nickel Open-gear Butterbean Tuners and Select Hardwood Neck, this is a serious instrument. Balanced in its tone and cannon like in its projection, this is a required tool in any Acoustic Players arsenal.

Built to Martins extremely high standards, we help take the D18 to the next level with a
GEniuS™ Guitar Enhancement. and will be Setup to your exact Spec's.

Ibanez J-Custom

The pinnacle of Japanese Made Ibanez Guitars, J-Customs are an extremely rare and hard guitar to come by. Traditionally Hoshino never allowed the local supplier to ever have access to the J-Custom range as the majority of it was only destined for Japanese stores.

But luckily for us Aussies, times have changed. We have had a couple of their top of the range RG8550's in this year  and this RG8540ZD in the striking Dark Lupis Lazuli is the pick of the bunch. Only two of these will ever be in Australia, and of course we had to get our hands on one!

In Super Strat HSS Configuration and loaded with Seymour Duncan Classic Stack and Custom 5's, Tone and versatility is not a short coming of the RG8540.

Ibanez have handpicked some highly figured and Flamed AAA grade maple, and have combined that with a African Mahogany body. A hand carved Abalone Tree of Life Inlay and Flame Maple binding set this RG's body on fire in the looks department.

But the Neck profile is where a J-Custom makes its case. With KTS Titanium reinforcement, Ibanez's top craftsman make the neck on this example one of the best Size Zero experiences a player can have. At an incredible 17mm neck depth at the first fret, fast, accurate and flexible is the name of this J-Craft game.

We have included a few Purchase Options for this one, like Buying It outright, Online Lay-bying it, Renting it through STUDIO19 or Trading other Guitars toward it through the Online Trade Hub.

Traded Chris Aiken

The Bassist from Strung Out, we were lucky enough to trade in one of his awesome Squier Signature Models.

A 2014 made example, it is in fantastic condition and has an amazingly good setup due to its GEniuS™ Guitar Enhancement. Its Duncan Designed PB-105 Split Coiled P-Bass pickups gives you a tonne of P-Bass goodness that punches miles above its weight. And that Mirror Scratchplate is out of this world!

This one also has a great Flame to its Maple Neck that you generally never see on Squiers.

One only available! Jump on it!
