QUESTION: I'm worried about ordering a guitar online. What happens if the guitar turns up damaged? Am I stuck with it?

ANSWER: When you order a guitar or other item from us you are covered automatically. We do not charge extra for insurance. The simple fact is that if your order turns up damaged due to shipping we will replace it at no extra charge to you or offer a full refund when no replacement is available.

Rest assured that we do take very special care to make sure your order turns up in perfect condition.

In the very rare instance that your order turns up damaged, simply call us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods and we will instruct what needs to happen next.

ANSWER: We accept Cash, VISA or MASTERCARD, AMEX, PayPal and Direct Debit. We also have Studio19 Rentals,  zipPay and zipMoney available to approved customers.


QUESTION: What if I need to change or cancel my order?

ANSWER: Too easy. Just drop us a line and we will amend things however need be. As always you can choose your preferred method of contact; via Phone, Email, Text or Chat.

QUESTION: What are your delivery times? How do I know when my order is going to arrive?

ANSWER: Obviously Australia is a big place, and delivery times will vary. You can ask any of our staff In-Store, Over the Phone, via Email, TXT or Online Chat and they will be able to give you an estimate to your specific location.

When your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a Tracking Number. You can use this number at any time to check the location of your order.

You will also see the ETA from the Trucking Company to when they anticipate your order will be delivered by them.


QUESTION: What if a Guitar is not in Stock? Do you always have everything in stock?

ANSWER: As one of Australia's largest dedicated Guitar Stores, our stock carrying is extensive. From time to time, Items will go out of stock, go to Back Order with the supplier or may be discontinued.

However, we are Masters of finding what our customers want so if you have any doubts, get in contact with us via Phone, Email, Text or Chat and we will start digging!

A lot of items we sell are Custom Order Only (even the suppliers don't keep them in stock), Made to Order (Like some Maton's and Cole Clarks) or Low Volume models that require Back Ordering to secure them.
