Sydney, we are coming to you! We are pleased to announce that we will be partnering with three fantastic Sydney stores to offer a Pick-up and Drop-off service for our GEniuS™ Guitar Enhancement System with PLEK for all our Sydney customers.
*NEW* We are now offering pick-up and drop-off for customers in the Newcastle and surrounding areas. We can meet you at Heatherbrae on the way down. Similarly, we can also meet you along the way on the the M1 Motorway if you are from the Central Coast etc. Plus, you can now take your guitar to Musos Corner in Newcastle too! Call us for details.
From now on, you will be able to drop your guitar off at either Guitar Factory Parramatta, Belfield Music in Bass Hill, or Big Music School in Crows Nest (Upstairs in the same building as Mannys Music) for our team to pick up and drop off on a fortnightly basis. And we have just added Musos Corner in Newcastle as a Partner Store too! We will be collecting and dropping off on Wednesdays unless we notify you differently, so if you dropped a guitar off on a Monday, you will be able to pick it up after the following Wednesday.
So how does it all work? You simply head on over to the GEniuS™ Guitar Enhancement System with PLEK page where you can select where you'd like to drop off your instrument. Once you've made that selection, hit Add to Cart and Checkout as normal. We'll see your order come through and what location you are dropping off at and alert the store. Once your order has been placed and paid for, we will be in touch to discuss your setup. You can then drop off your guitar at your selected store at a time convenient to you within their trading hours.
Please note that our partner stores are purely acting as Drop Off and Pick Up locations for this service. All payments for this service are to be made directly with Port Mac Guitars either via our website or over the phone prior to any drop-off. Whilst our partner stores will take all measures to ensure your guitar is kept in a safe and secure environment when at their stores, they accept no liability for loss or damage to your instrument. However, while your instrument is being transported by Port Mac Guitars and when it is at our store, we will take liability for loss or damage.
